Going… going… gone!

One month left to submit your bids for JISC Advance’s FE and Skills Development and Resources Programme

So far we’ve received an impressive 60 bids from learning providers from across the UK for our FE and Skills Development and Resources Programme.  These bids, which come from all parts of the sector, detail some fantastic new and innovative ways to use technology to improve the learner experience and increase efficiencies across the sector.
Proposals include:
Developing student apps to reduce costs when recruiting and enrolling students
New uses for mobile technologies to engage learners and extend their learning
Developing augmented reality support for learners and employers
Producing employability resources for learners with disabilities
Establishing a secure Moodle environment for offender learning

Feeling inspired? You still have until 5pm on Wednesday 31 May to get your proposals to us - we’d love to see more, showing how much innovation there is in the sector.

For all information go to our project wiki.

We’ll also be holding a live drop-in Q&A session on Wednesday 9 May from 2-3pm for anyone who has any burning questions they need answering. There’s no need to register just turn up - see below for log-in details.

The JISC Regional Support Centres (RSCs) can provide detailed advice and support for bids - from helping to develop a bid to guiding you on the requirements of this funding.

All outcomes and resources from the successful projects will be freely available across JISC Advance.
